Buy Credit/Debit card with paypal? (NOT VCC)

    Hello , i know paypal will freeze ur account if you are using VCC (tried 2 times , and got limited 2 times)
    But now i have thought about a Debit card , like payonner (or whatever the site is call)
    Also , i want to buy a Debit card with $1-10 sent to my home address (norway)
    and also i want the card in my name and my birth day etc.

    Is there any websites which sells cards like that im asking for? (NOT VCC)

    I am using VCC too, and don't have any problems...maybe you ot limited because your transaction activity.

    Theres nothing illegal about vcc. Im using it with one of my paypal account and i dont have any problems with it.

    Debit Cards are issued by Bank. Not a standalone company. For a debit card you must have an account with the bank, unlike Credit Cards, where the bank depends on Monthly Payments instead.

    You may a VCC From some online services that you can actually trust. At DP, the VCC transactions are no longer allowed.

    As for your Paypal. Most DP members including myself, use VCC to verify our Paypal, and we are still good.

    Once you get Ur PP account verified it for life time...

    Though you may find that card has validity less than 2-3 month..

    Do not worry Ur account will be verified for life time..

    I usually go to walmart and buy a $25.00 visa debit card and activate my account with that.

    CC numbers, virtual or otherwise have a BIN # associated with them, which is simply a number that associates the card with a particular bank. Paypal for whatever reason doesn't like some BINs, especially those by banking institutions that only issue VCCs and such. Some work, others don't.

    No way to buy credit or debit card since both of them require all the personal details and you can use other person debit card / credit card to verify your Paypal. You either use VCC or get your own debit/credit card

    even i am using solidly for 2 years. the only thing is that you should not use it too frequently to stay under radar
