Reasons Why Bum Marketing Doesn't Work Sometimes

There are a lot of affiliates who rely mostly on ezinearticles to earn money online. There are even more whose affiliate marketing journey begins with promotion using ezinearticles.com

Reason Why i think article marketing using ezinearticles.com won't work for someone:

There are many articles for the same keywords so even if you have optimized your article for some phrase, it doesn't make sure you will rank high for that phrase.

There can be only one ezinearticles listing at a time so the best one(keyword density wise, counting incoming links, etc.) would probably show up.

I think its better not to rely only on this site for making money. Better to build your own website and post articles there. It will be more profitable in the long term.

These are my thoughts. Let me know what you guys think.

Don't confuse Bum marketing with Article marketing.

These are 2 quite different promotion methods. While article marketing basically just involves articles, there is much more to Bum stuff.

 

I don't really agree. I think what you need is all of the above. Yes it's good to have your own websites with original material (I never send people directly to CB from web 2.0 or articles) but you also need those articles and web 2.0 sites because they can often rank *much* easier than your own websites can and they build up link power for your own site so that over the long term it can rank better too. If it's a multiple choice question I choose "all of the above."

 

Just like I have said, no PPC, no SEO, then it is difficult to get paid by posting articles only.

 

Ezine articles are powerful if you know how to use the keywords well.

 

Very True.

 

But there are few that submit unique content that haven't been published in any other places. So, I'd recommend submit only unique content to maximize your chance of being the first place.

 

Article marketing does not mean posting articles on Ezine only ! You can easily get the same amount of traffic from other article directories.

Article marketing should be one of the tools in your toolbox, not the only one.

 

If you know how to manipulate ezinearticles.com then you can get 1 sale per article(Depends upon niche).

Its all about timing of published article.I can't give more on it.

 

Then I guess you're talking about something like the weekend trick? Well okay but next time you should reveal more coz you got my attention and then you don't say anything it's cruel

 

Weekend trick is very common buddy! However, there are some products which gives best conversions on Monday and Tuesday.
