It's not bad for SEO or Google, but it could be a problem for your visitors to remember your website.

Just remember, even if you have strong keywords...a domain with dashes, is just advertising for the original without the dashes, and if they are the same niche, visitors won't care to tell the difference when they look to return...they will remember it without the dashes...especially multiple dashes.

Its not an issue anymore! If you can really know how to drive traffic to your site.
its not bad at all. IF the content is good, and visitors will like it, it will be easy to remembered.

If you know how to drive traffic, you can do it on any domain, even gibberish, but i assumed since the OP was asking...that it wasn't the case, and he was speaking in terms of branding.

Hi, I saw once a domain with five hypens between words in the google´s first result (and it was n´t an ad), so you should not have any problem.

It really depend on the kind of keywords, for eg cheap-airline-tickets is very good and can fetch good traffic and that domain also has a very good resale value..

Depends if you are trying to draw traffic from links and experience web users or from type in and word of mouth traffic. If you are more concerned with SE's and your online traffic, I would say hyphens are fine for sure.

It should not affect the SEO in google but having so many dashes in a domain name may reduce your visitors and hard to remember

With multiple dashes in domain name there are more chances that a visitor forget one of the dashes and the url will go elsewhere. :p

if you drive traffic by any means that requires visitors to type in the name it could be bad. If you generate 100% by search it should be ok.

No problem with your dashes..as long as is keywords rich, its being good for SEO...the problem is to hard to spell or remember your domain name, but this problems will automatically fix, if your domain get popular :)

i would avoid more than 2... hyphenation begins to appear similar to like spam, and while its not a huge deal, statistically you would want to be like everyone else and avoid the hyphens
