I am just curious to know if anyone else besides me has been scammed from someone on DP and what can be done if anything. I guess you live, learn, and move on.
Umm no but then again I guess I havn't been here for very long. You have to be cautious about certain deals.
It should be "learn, live, move on" I haven't been scammed ( once I was very close to it but .. I was too smart ) just because of "learn - do" method .. before doing something, learn how to avoid mistakes ( in this case, geting scammed ).
there are lot of scammers on DP. one way to change things is to use iTrader. many people don't give negative feedback to scammers in fear of getting the same in return. this allows scammers to operate for a longer period. on a personal level, I feel one should do bigger deals with only established members.
a few times, the other times i am not scammed make up for it. I try to find a good person and stick with them and give them ongoing work
Yup, only two days ago and that too by one guy with different ids. But the amount was not that much. And those spammers are banned now. - Digital -
I loss 30$ in scam some days ago, he make half payment and another half is still due and he is not reponding, i will wait for some more time becaz may be that he is also in trouble or any reason. if he will not make payment then sure i will leave a negative itrade.
. I know it stinks. Had to learn the hard way how not to trust and do my own research. Been online for years and never been scammed. Guess I look for the good in all.
Yea it not a big deal, but when that scammer get 100 people. That $2000 that almost half a month of earning. Got scam on a video website, found out that the website have a rank of a few million after being scam. Contact clickbank and got my $50 back Never joining anything with a rank of over 100k Cheers,
Nope, theres no real money to be made scamming DP members any more you get banned far too quickly people will go and to paypalonline bank phishing and so on.
