Do you care to explain what you mean by offshore? Last time i checked then there is not a single country in this world that encourages or allow warez.

 

All datacenters allows us to host warez. We have contacted to all data centers and they give us the green lite. Of course all datacenter are in offshore plans such us France,Netherlands,Germany,Russia,Belgium. Dont think like.. Are these places offshore? Oh but are in europe. YES ! It doesn't matter what the data center tells you, it is the laws of the specific country that actually matters. And none of these countries encourage or allow warez hosting / linking.

US servers meaning for us "like prison" and we dont want that. So we have servers in offshore places and we will have more day by day.

i have been wating 24h for a reinstall of the centos when they told me its going to take 12h
and i dont understand why its going to take 24h

and they wont refund my money
i sent them 3 emails asking them for the time to when i will get the server back they said
wee will contact you as soon as it will be installed and i waited other 12h i contact them they wont answear me and after that they sent me an email saying stop asking for time

and they wont refund me

so dont go close to them

First you all you agreed with our TOS which says that we dont offer refund.
Second you make a claim in paypal , so paypal we do the actions , i cant refund you
Also after re-install (YES 48 HOURS) , we are too buzy and you said within 24 hours 2 times for re-install , we sent you the server details , its YOUR problem if you didnt use the server.

your tos dose not say that reinstall is 48h - so here you go there is a scam

today i will make a company i write ( 2*quad core + 64gb ram + 5 tera hardisk) for 500$
and our tos says no refund
so lets say you come and order from me and after you order i tell you the the server will be ready in 20 years .
so you ask for refund - but i cant give you a refund because in our tos there is no refund
so is this a scam ?

Dude, are you seriously so retarded that you think that your TOS can go above the law? No matter what you think about shutting people down etc, then you are solely responsible for allowing and hosting these files.

You can, under no circumstances what so ever, go above the law, neither can your sister, your mom, your data center or you yourself.

Not proving you worng or anything, where do you think these warez websites are hosted ? How do you think they thrive ?

Just visit katz.cd and you will come across a billion websites hosted in the countries mentioned by NOCHost, the Jurisdictions your talking about are laws set by each country, the Datacenter has the ability to reflect certain laws and ignore the rest as it all depends on the infrastructure used by the datacenter, etc...

What i am trying to say is, the main people taking down websites is the DMCA, which is a US based legislation/group of people, they are not permitted to interfere with any other country !, they have the right to request action but cannot directly take action, if the request goes ignore, its basically illegal.....

That's the only way all Illegal Torrents, Downloads, Hosting can survive, else this world would have rid of such things ages ago.....

Also remember this a means of income to many countries, a kind of foreign trade ! lol

The countries does not allow warez linking and warez hosting, just like you are saying and just like i have said all the time.

BUT, these countries that nochost mention does not really "care" unless it is really serious, but, what i am trying to say is that the countries does not allow this kind of warez, but they do indeed ignore DMCA complaints and complaints elsewhere.

But, with the facts straight, then there is no such thing as "offshore" it's more like "Some countries let you host for a longer time then others". Saying that the countries involved allows it is completely wrong.

 

Haha... yes no Country in the world, would want the word "Illegal" associated with itself !

But, as i said this 'illegal' thing is something the country doesn't want to worry about too much, they have made it all clear with rules & regulation, its the "Datacenter" that chooses to omit certain rules, which these hosting companies take advantage of and run their business, its like trading Drugs, Guns or Money in real life, they all go unnoticed/underground, despite us KNOWING THEY HAPPEN, we don't have the time, resources and guts to do something to stop such practices.... they will go on forever !

The recent development around warez is saying otherwise then letting it go unnoticed forever, as it doesn't require much resources to shut down warez websites if the datacenter's do what they are told.

 

As i said before we have lots of servers. We dont have problems about DMCA or anyone else.
If you dont belive us then dont buy from us. We are here to offer offshore servers.
