Hi, It's very warm time in india and i think only water will not work for body.Add glucose too in water so that body can be fine in warm conditions. It is advisable to take water with glucose before leaving house for market etc.

That's one advice I wouldn't digest! Do you know the amount of calories, sugar, artificial chemicals you take in? What you must have is natural juices like Coconut water, Lime Water, Sugar-cane juice (if you aren't calorie freak), fresh fruit juices and most importantly 4-6 liters of water through out the day.
But freind glucose will give you only calorie, you should take some salt with lime juice to beat the dehydration due to heat. You can not beat dehydration with glucose water only as it can not replace salt that is lost during sweating and dehydration.
