Error By Google

    Well i have a website. its about Student loan and Scholarships.

    The Error is that i have submitted my site and site map through google webmaster tools.the site map doesnt have any error.from few days a msging appears in google webmaster interface of the site that ur robots file is stoping us to index the site but i havnt placed any robots file .So what can be the reason of this error?

    note : To solve this problem i have uploaded robots.txt file . will it solve the problem ?

    An empty robots.txt would do.
