Good Pop-Under network?

    I am currently registered at paypopup.com and have found that their fill rate is roughly 50% for me. Either that or their pop-unders are loading extremely slow, but either way I want to switch to a new network.
    What's the best pop-under network to monetize US(majority), UK and Canadian traffic?

    Just to let the people of DP know, I PMed PayPopUp_CS my username. He has not logged into DP since his post and I have not noticed a change in earnings so I can only assume they don't give very much of a shit when it comes to their publishers.
    They do pay though, they just have crappy customer service.
