RPC = Dead (from $2 a click to $.30 cents a click)

    For the past few days the rate per click has gone down horrible. Normally I get about $1 - $2 a click, for the past few days it has gone down to $.30 cents a click.

    For some reason, the maintenance they did screwed up everything. Everyone is making lower money now, and its messing everyone up! :(

    WTF is happening? Its lower than adsense!:mad:

    Wish those muslims would start acting like humans and not animals. There is always crap going on over there which screws up the market :(

    But anyway, This is getting out of hand, and I am getting less and less rpc :(

    Yeah, I listen to stock people and stuff and when those markets get nervous everyone pulls their money... I have a feeling that the advertisers on Yahoo! did the same or are waiting for things to clear... maybe not, I'm probably wrong, lol.

    Are you serious? It didn't seem like you were joking. I don't post at DP that much so I always try to stay on topic and be polite, but that statement was uncalled for.

    Hmmm, my market is a low paying market, normally 5 cents to 10 cents per click average by the end of the day, but ever since that "update", not sure exactly when, but definitely for most of July, my $$ per click average by the end of the day has been around 16 cents.

    I'm VERY happy :) Only one day this month has had an average below 10 cents :) . Before a 10 cent/click day used to be heaven to me.

    I've never gotten 10 cents CPC. I think you are mistakenly talking about Adsense.

    Well, the only groups starting crap are the muslims over there.

    Back to the topic, the RPC is LOW since they updated the publisher area!

    I think we need to calm down about this situation, its not the first time we experienced low RPC "Remember December" anyway lets hope that the maintenance YPN is going to do soon, could fix this.

    Maybe it's the summer? July is the norm for slow sales and this could relate to lower pay rate?

    Hey man keep ur bad comments about muslim ur self. Don't blame anyone by their religion or nationality. Muslims are getting killed everywhere and if they try to defence their self then they are terrorists. Just think and u will get it and do some research.

    I too have seen a dramatic drop in rpc. I was averaging $2 - $5 a click. July has brought those levels to $.30 - $1. Still better than Adsense, but not as good as it was...

    I have seen a 40% increase in RPC in July. Like everything else in this business there are so many variables its hard to tell why revenue goes up or down. It varies so much from one publisher to another, one industry to another, one month to another, etc.

    The original poster mentioned that pay per click went down, almost like adsense. So I'm just wondering what agency it is if it's not adsense, because according to what he said, few bucks per click, that's a lot, and I'd like to look into it...
