    I agree with the list except point one - you could have a great website and not get any traffic due to bad promotion and bad SEO.

    The most important factors are 4 & 5, if this is happening to you, you need to look at your design and content and rework it!

    I agree with edgray. There are amazing websites on the web that we don't know of because they didn't create backlinks, submitted to directories etc.

    and not every good site with traffic gets sales

    Perfectly said, edgray. If 4 & 5 are occuring on your site, you are losing a lot of potential earnings and need to figure out what the problem is FAST!
