If you acquire a lot of links in short time, Does Google put them in quarantine?
Will Google give value in future? or Will these links be ignored ?

    Thanks in advance.

Depending on the ways in which links are provided.
If it is a spam, then Google will give the penalty, or even remove the site from the index.
If it is a natural situation, when other people can link to your site will then to have excellent results.
If it is about sharing, etc., there would be good to build more than 1000 links a month, at least the opinion of the government in the industry.

    For example,
I receive three blogroll links from three different blog and these blogs have more than 1000 indexed pages.
Is it a problem if I get them in a few days?

The blogs have good content and they are updated frequently

The same happened to me. I asked around like you're doing. People said it's not a problem and that it's even beneficial for ranking in Yahoo.

I received 2 blogroll links a few weeks ago and I haven't received a penalty or something.;)
