Real weight of PR4 is 625 (lean more about Google PR Formula). Since it is eqally spread between all 100 outbound URLs on the page, it means that each URL (includng YOUR URL), will get only 625 weight / 100 outbound links = 6.25 weight.

NOTE: 6.25 is not Google PR, it's Google PR weigt. So for your page to get PR4, you need to get 100 suchlike backlinks!!! (100 * 6.25 = 625. 625 = PR4).
