Why do people always fall for the money back promise? The money back promise usually rings alarm bells for me... Simple really either agree a fee and demand proof of results and contact details of customers who have used them before. Or say to the company ill pay you when im at the promised postion..

What bothers me most is DP will ban me for my warnings but continues to let guys like EXE operate. Sometimes I wonder about who the moderator's real loyality lies with..

Please stay away from what doesn't concern you and mindless drum beating. People are being refunded if they aren't happy here. YOU will never get a refund because you ordered directory submissions (not SEO) which were clearly rendered.

I love it.. You advertise false claims and don't do the work in order to take mine and other DP member's money. Then, when you are caught, you try to shift the blame and state we are the scammers. In my country...USA, you would go to jail.
WOW I just spent about 35 minutes reading all the posts on this thread. I am glad I read it and avoided aggravation. I feel for everyone here who was taken advantage of, I wish you guys luck getting your refunds. A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if a deadline is not met is exactly that!!!! It does not mean that you will give an excuse and extend it one week which seems to actually extend to several months in the hopes that sites actually go on the first page and you can then say your work is done. This is truly ridiculous and very bad business. I can comment on here even if I am not a customer because I can see for myself 90% of the customers complaining and trying to get a refund. A few have successfully gotten their refunds but many keep asking with no results. Very sad! Good luck all, if I were you guys I would provide negative iTraders and help warn potential victims in the future.
I am still awaiting a refund. I have since learnt and im now alot more cautious when paying for a service. I've had every excuse under the sun from this guy (eXe) and even gave him time to pay me back before making any more posts. I wouldnt mind if the my site didnt make top 10, I know that this cannot be gauranteed, its the fact that the site failed to move at all from its current location and the fact that I could find no evidence of any work being done, nor did i get any reports as promised. To give you an idea of time scales, he took my money 3rd Aug 08 with the site to be in the top 10 within 4 months which takes it up to 3rd December. I then left it until January to contact him to find out what was going on. Its now April, the site is still no where near top 10 and im still waiting for my "guaranteed Refund". All I can say to anyone looking to use his services or buy anything from him is dont bother and i think you will see that this opinion is shared by many others.

This is actually a pretty good scam, if you think about it... PayPal offers no more recourse once a payment has been completed for over 60 days. This guy's service requires you to keep on hold for 120 days. I think he's made several thousand out of it!

I'm refunding those who haven't got their sites ranked with a couple of exceptions, and topsurveysites has taken a long time to agree to the refund amount. I would request the mods to close this thread but I won't do that until everyone else has been sorted out. This has turned out to be a mess so I will request onlookers/non customers to refrain from commenting when you don't know the entire details.

I do not think anyone has to refrain from making comments on a forum where someone is taking advantage of others. LISTEN!!! Your thread says Money Back Guarantee, it doesn't say partial refund, it doesn't say we will work out an amount refund, it says you will refund the money if you do not show results within 4 of months, not 5, 6 or 7 months. It also says you will provide reports on I believe a monthly or weekly basis, regardless most of these people have practically begged you to send reports which you always have an excuse for not sending on time. The thread says you will send the reports not ask and ask and maybe I will send them. Seriously man read your own thread and realize that you are full of it! I am surprised you are getting away with this. People can comment especially when they have read all 18 pages of this thread. I would have been a potential victim if I would have not read. Give people back their full amount like you promised man, don't be such a fraud!
