Link on every page from PR 3 web to PR 0

i newly launched a web site on free hosting and as it is PR 0 not N/A
i build some links on forums blogs etc and now when i check my back links using back links checking tool i see a blog having PR 3 is linking my web on every its page
and i think the Blog owner might be linking me due to his mistake

My query is that my web PR0 will harm that blogs PR or it will not effect on blog PR
because i am making web just for learning purpose i don't care about PR on this level

so please tell me if my links are harmful for that blog then let me know so i will tell the blog owner that you are doing some mistake and if it don't effect on the Blog then this will be good news for me

Are you sure that the blog owner is not your competitor ?

 

Yes i am sure blog owner is not my competitor and after seeing my links i personally requested to link back to my web site but he refused to link my site so i am sure he is on mistake and don't know and i know too if he come to know that he is linking to my site he might remove all links

so i will tell him only in the case if it harm his PR or anything else

 

He will probably lose some link juice and that may harm his PR.

does not matter too hard if the blog owner has linked to you. PR calculation is not such formalistic tech, yet it includes a lot of facts with in it. If you are gaining some benefit then leave it as it is.

 

Yes, his PR will be very much affected, his subpages may drop to PR 2, but I'm sure his homepage will remain at a steady 3
