MoreNiche pays $20 instantly + 5% for life for every subaffiliate, but only after he makes a sale. It sounds good, but only 5% of my ~ 130 referrals have made a sale and only one of them who I have helped personally has made more than 1 sale.

I know that crocmint pays $1 instantly for every subaffiliate + 10% of his commissions, but I have never promoted them.

There are also good survey affiliate program which pays $3-$4 per free sign up.
