Do you do drugs?

Hi everybody,
they are voting for some new laws regarding smoking at public places in my country. There's been a big fight in a local forum how much drugs interfere in others' life, how intolerant they are to non-drug users, etc., etc. I was wondering how much DP members do drugs and what's their opinion on the matter.

 

A very controversial question!

I believe that it's down to the individual what they put in their body. Most drugs are a lot less dangerous than the media portray and the majority of problems stems from their legal status. Crime is increased massively by prohibition and so is the damage caused to individuals and society as a whole. Plus, keeping the substances illegal keeps the quality of them in the hands of criminals, not to mention all of the profit and power.

Legalise and educate. Legalise to minimise the damage to the user and to society, educate to let people make an informed choice.

 

I have never done drugs and never will

 

Smoking is not the same as taking drugs ! LSD, heroin, cocain - these are drugs and no, I don't use them ( I haven't even tried ).

Just once... I smoked weed... It was great

My lungs felt so cold, I was extremely overwhelmed. It was like flying in the air without a plane.... you know, as cold as a glacier... An amazing experience...

Nintendo is a good example of why you shouldn't do crack.

I just did E, LSD, pot, and alcohol instead.

I've never taken drugs nor smoked any cigarette.

Everybody knows, they are bad for health.
Stay away from them and live a happy and healthy life.

I d never take drugs too , not in habit of but i have some friends who takes it. I pity them for their living. huh!

 

However I think they should be legal and there should only be treatment programs for users no jail.

 

Well said. Not all drugs should be decriminalized but most of them should be for reasons you stated.

 

Ive only smoked "drugs" lol, not any class A of course, I would never put a needle in my body tho, thats bad!!

I can somehow see someone showing up at my door and me getting dragged away for this answer lol. Anyway, I have tried weed once, and thats it...I hope to never do it again for my own sake, which sounds sorta weird...but anyway yea.
