    Powerpoint or Word might be a good start. :rolleyes:

    Or try OpenOffice.org, it's open source. You can also try Gimp.org or Inkscape.org for letter head and business card design.

    I'm sure if you just google "How to" whit whatever you need, or even use the search funciton here, you'll get answers to all your questions.
