I believe the page of a site also plays a role in trying to rank well because there is less authority into hand.
Yes,pagerank means nothing,it can not hepl you to increase traffic, but if you want to exchange with others, maybe it is usefull.
Google SERP result doesn't depend on PR in my site I also have experienced this. Pr is just an eyewash for the webmasters
PR nowadays seems a bit hard to promise good traffic and ranking. Relevant backlinks seems perform better than PR.
PR does not matter for me. But it matters for people who wants to sell links, I mean people who buy links.
PageRank doesn't mean much by itself. Your image doesn't explain anything either. For example, PageRank, SERP, Traffic (Organic or referred), and most importantly, the competing keywords and competitors, they all affect each other and together they represent the true value of a website. Your image tells nothing and doesn't proof anything. My 2c
Those really don't prove anything about the internet at large. The only people who know what PR really is is the PHDs at Google
It doesn't mean that site with higher PR will be having good traffic. Traffic is fetched by many ways and PR is the result of work done on your site. The more you work for your site, the more will be the traffic and in future it will also reflect a PR for your site.
pagerank is a shorthand way of giving a general indication of how 'important' google thinks your site is, compared to the rest of the web. Saying 'pagerank isn't important' is like saying 'beauty isn't important'. After all, you can't 'quantify' beauty - someone can range from ugly - plain - good looking beautiful - gorgeous' etc. The word itself is just a shorthand way of expressing that someone conforms in a number of ways to a perceived ideal that the beholder thinks is important in some way. hands up all of you who don't want to be 'beautiful'.
very interesting search but what about keywords ? maybe you are getting visitors From keyword those have not much competition ?
