Someone register a .org using my branding My site was known as Anime Shippuuden and i own the .com domain for over 7 months. Recently come up a site known as Anime Shippuuden.org and it call itself as Anime Shippuuden - Anime Shippuuden Is there any way i can get his domain removed or do anything about it

I'm sure there are also laws governing the posting of debts from anyone, company, consumer, or corporation. I called the guy, and he got really agitated and wanted my address lol.
Hosting companies offer those options for you to register those domains i guess. There's no way you can get the domain now, its completely legal. Someone will even register Anime Shippuuden.info tommorrow or Anime Shippuuden.net a minute later..lol Good luck.
The .org domain owner can sue you as well and take your.com domain as well, if he get "Anime Shippuuden" trademarked.
No, he can't. In the US trademark rights are established by first usage, not first registration. If the .com owner wasn't infringing upon an existing trademark (and it appears he is) he could contest or cancel a trademark application and then file their own claiming first usage of the mark.
I don't know anything about Anime, but it would appear "Shippuuden" is a trademark character. Not only can you not do anything about the other user, it's possible your domain could be taken in a trademark dispute.
