Thanks a lot Proxified for the link, but you haven't said if you do use it yourself on your proxies? And isn't it a bit "out of range" for people to seek the "privacy" of proxies, while we, the publishers, are having such advertisers as Adsense, who can tap into their privacy? Of course, it is only on the Home page of proxies, and not on the Proxified pages, however, something simply isn't quit right with this spying on, even though Adsense and others are dressing it up as something used only for their advertisement purposes... How many of you proxy publishing guys have these Privacy policy on there? thanks!
yes i do use privacy policy page on my proxies and all other sites as well. no its not at all out of range, as it always helps in case of any legal matters which may occur anytime. its not important to have it on your proxified pages because you need to have privacy policy for the site as a whole, not for each individual page of your site. And i bet that almost everyone here does have a privacy policy page on their each site where they use adsense, as adsense has the best pay off in the industry for publishers and noone here is willing to get banned from adsense by disobeying their programme policies according to which adding those lines given in the article to your privacy policy is a must.
Thanks Proxified. For me Adsense pais much, and much less on the proxies than it did 2 years ago. Adversal is earning me 3 to 4 times as much with exactly the same traffic, and if it wasn't for Adversal I would have closed my proxies definitely, as doesn't pay off and the costs against the earnings are nowhere really.
i didn't read all 770 pages, but i think if you're looking for some free advertising add your proxy here: www.proxyoutlaw.com www.bstads.com
You need a privacy policy on your site with adsense on it and that's a must. This includes proxy sites as well. Of course, earning from Adsense are more lot less than what it used to be. But if you have high quality traffic, meaning us, uk traffic, you can make use of adversal as they pay higher. But remember, DO NOT mix send crap traffic to adversal as you will get low rates from them.
Hey guys, I could really use some help right now.. I have been using exequtor.com to host my proxies for a few days now and today my account was suspended stating that I was overusing CPU resources [95% is what the host says I used] and when I contacted them about it I got a reply stating that they'll reinstate my account when my CPU usage drops down to 25% and that it was at 48.27% when they replied. What I don't get is how my sites could be using any of the CPU resources when my sites are offline aka suspended? the sites are hidepath.com evilsurfer.info Can anyone explain please?
First, you need to limit your proxy memory. 2nd, you need to disable hotlinking on your proxy. Proxy is well known for using more system resource than other general websites. You can find mods and plugins for proxies here: http://www.xytheme.com/category/mods-n-plugins/
For proxy list owners, got a .cn spam submission recently. Submitted as a real working proxy. And one day later, turned into a namedrive parking page. I saw they were submitted on centurian too. Better check your recent .cn submission.
I see this alot on theproxyfinder.com it is a real pain but what can you do, my auto back link checker every X mins cuts out alot of this but still some slip through.
Been having an issue with the host I am on so need to check these daily now till I can relocate the site. Thank you for bringing to my attention
Hello guys, I waned someone to tell if http://proxypromo.com/ is a good topsite script ?? Let me know its advantages and disadvantages of it if you're currently using. Thank you..
as a proxy owner i would never advertise my proxy on such a script/site cos whenever someone clicks on the listings the the script/site forces him to wait for 10 seconds ( redirection ) .
