It takes time for google to find your pages. Once their found then the google bot comes back every month or so for low PR sites. They will visit more often if you get more links back to your site.

If you create a link to your site from a high traffic site that's frequently updated (eg. Digg or Stumbleupon), your site will get indexed quite quickly.

Go to digg.com and put it on there and it will be indexed in 24 hours.

Your home page was last cached on April 14th as you can see here http://74.125.47.132/search?q=cache...zationresources.com/&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us, and as others have stated you can probably expect a recrawl in about a month. You might be able to get them to recrawl you sooner by getting backlinks from sites that are crawled more frequently.

If I were you I would consider investing in a spelling & grammer checker or hiring a professional writer. You have tons of mistakes which makes your site seem unprofessional. For example, the first two sentences of the first post start out:

Neither 'interesting' nor 'doubt' is not spelled correctly. 'Earning' is capitalized and should not be. The second sentence is a run-on sentence (2 sentences in one), and even if you added a period after 'purpose' then the second half of the run-on doesn't make sense ("for this purpose some people do job some business ...").

Every time you change important stuffs(ex. content, on-page, tags, etc...) of your site, don't forget to submit it to different social bookmarking sites.
