Directly withdraw your money to the bank account ! Its much faster and also the fee is just Rs.50/-

SO, just add a bank account and get going ! :)

    Good Luck

Wheer are u from? U can always request a cheqe or use third party services like XOOM.

Not everyone can withdraw to their bank account, depends if paypal support bank transfer in his country.

Can you tell us the risk with using a verified paypal account that supports to withdraw money in a specified country, but user may from a non-support country.
As as an example many south asian users have indian verified account with VCC verified. (Pakisthan, Bangladesh, Sri lanka, Nepal and Maldives users do it)

There is always a risk, paypal will limit the account if they see person Sri lankan or Pakistan guys logging in to their paypal having an Indian address, then these guys start crying and post crap like Paypal is scam,Do not use paypal and all that.

I will suggest that don't request cheque. It takes much time to reach in INdia and also less possibilty that you will get it.
The best and fastest way is to withdraw the money into your bank !! :) That will be good for you !

    Good Luck

Yes,u can request a cheque but it takes to much time before u get your cheque and then few more weeks to get that cheque cleared.

U can use XOOM services and can get money fast for some small fee.

Or try to add your bank account to your paypal, make sure your name on paypal matches name on your paypal account, also u need IFSC no of bank, mostly printed on cheque book.

Just for your information getjimmy that now a days XOOM charges heavy fee for money transfer :(

@tushar09 - Suggest you to add bank account details in your paypal account and withdraw funds from paypal to your bank account (try to withdraw more then 7000 INR to avoid 50 Rs. flat fee).

Indians can't withdraw money via cheque to their bank accounts.

    For Indians , Withdraw via cheque option appears in paypal. But when you click it, in bottom of page , a note will be shown;

    The note here :

Checks sent to non-U.S. banks cannot be cashed. Fees may be applied by the bank where the check will be deposited. For questions regarding these fees, contact the bank.

So cheque option wont work for Indians....

    You are wrong there

Paypal sends check in INR to indian paypal account holders which they can easily deposit in their indian bank account which takes no more then 2 days for clearing. Only problem is that they send it through standard air mail so it takes so long time to deliver (approx 30 to 45 days). Thats why bank transfer is best option (get funds in 2-3 days).
