Hello i am looking for Shared/VPS plan.. I run a vbulletin forum which have 30-40 members online at a time on an avg..this is avg no.. Should i move to vps? suggest spec....
that's not much - how much bandwidth do you use per month? that could give you more info on how big of a server you need. usually with a VPS you are downgrading on the RAM and even CPU at times.

Yeah your not asking for much as my boss' partner has a forum in which there are like 40+ people online at a time and uploading stuff to the motion beta that is attached to it. but i can say that i am able to offer this for a great price plus live support, ticket support, and instant messenger support as well. just name your price and when you want to get moved/transferred, and then we can get going from there

30-40gb bw per month? or per day? Looking at your post that you have 40-50 users at one time, shared plan would be just fine but not any of those $3 per month plan and definitely not the unlimited plan. You should be able to host your forum on a plan with 7-12gb storage, 75-125gb bandwidth with price ranging within $20-$25 per month.
How much unique visitors you're getting and how much disc space and bandwidth you're currently using?
I think, you need Powerful VPS with minimum 512MB of Ram, but I recommend you 1GB Ram. Also, Search Offshore hosting for warez linking, Some USA/UK hosting says that they allow but you maybe in trouble anytime. Regards
