You need traffic. I don't think those sites would do well in search engines and would be hard to get cost effective paid traffic since the people that sell those packages tend to focus on popular consumer topics so you have way too much competition. You could modify their loan consolidation page to be something like bad credit mortgages for manufactured homes in hurricane country on a flood plain. Loan consolidation has way too much competition but the high margin sort of mortgage I mention would have less.
