    Hello,

Looks like Google Chrome offers save browsing. I entered to site http://linkaddurl.com/ via Chrome and I received this message:

"Warning: Visiting this site may harm your computer!
The website at linkaddurl.com contains elements from the site 94.247.2.195, which appears to host malware – software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer............"

IE just crushed on that site.

    Mozilla Firefox also does that.

Google Chrome is faster than Firefox in detecting malware websites. Inclusion of new malware website is also very fast in google chrome than firefox.

When Google Chrome was released, it had a HUGE security flaw which ment you would automaticly download / run applications frmo the website without knowing, a browser with this kind of massive flaw cannot be called safer then FireFox, I don't recall FireFox ever doing this.

I did not find Chrome to be particularly good. Besides it performed poorly with IPB script that I often use.

Don't you think Google already knows too much about you? Why give them even more power by using their Browser.

For better browsing try either FF or Opera. They offer the same, if not better, functionality and won't compromise your privacy.

Why would they? They are both open projects, made for the public in general. Personally, I prefer not to have Google know everything about me. I admit chrome is a good browser but I won't use it.

Chrome is a very good browser but it will be hard for them to change the existing behavior of users. IE and Firefox will remain the dominant browsers for at least another couple years.
