Emailing marketing and Data Mining

    Hello everyone,

    An old partner of mine who used to work with me that now works on his own tells me he does a lot of data mining using x-bots to collect data on the internet for our particular niche (people looking for a certain financial service) and is able to collect their email addresses (thousands per day) and constantly converts them into customers.

    He obviously doesnt want to help me with his methods, but I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction where I can learn more about these "x bots that collect online data" or if anyone here does this service please message me.

    -kEy words
    -Google, yahoo search
    -HTTP request (or any other what can get HTML content)
    -Grab any data in @ or (at()..)
    -Let it run 24/24

    Are we talking about harvesting email addresses and spam these poor people later?

    I personally hate people who harvested my email addresses and send me junk emails (although some of them are interesting to read).

    They have software that does this over CL that is amazing.

    You can let it search vacation for say keyword "time share"

    Then send a time share CPA offer

    now you just sit back and watch it convert cha chink!
