I try to resist, but I do buy stuff when I'm bored. I might justify it to myself at the time, but the reality is that my house is full of stuff I don't have time to use. I'm an avid reader, but I still have way more books and magazines around than I will ever have time to read. A lot of shopping is done purely for entertainment. It seems crazy, because it's a quick way to end up in debt or with a pile of clutter at home that you have no space for. I think a lot of people shop like this to some extent. It's as though our curiousity and hunter-gather instincts have been corrupted by over-abundance and sophisticated marketing, into something that could destroy us.
my job is low paying so yeah .....i shop but no buy....currently when i am bored i like to download ebooks...yeah exciting huh
I`d like some thing like that too, but i can`t afford a mountain bike a macbook a new mobphone and in the future, a car should i cry ?
Having websites like flipping eBay has cost me an arm and a leg. There is nothing worse than being bored in the office and going on a on-line shopping spree.
Me not focused = Me overspending on something nonsensical. You know that guy who walks around with an iPod, a pocketpc, that crazy new phone, a blackberry, a bluetooth headset, an overly expensive pen, and has some sort of gadget attached to his shoes? That literally is me. Right now the shoes I'm wearing have bottle openers built in to them. Although I recently got a windows mobile phone, so I can lose the dell axim. Who owns three bluetooth headsets? I simply cannot control myself.
yes it is, when you look into your account and you find 93 cents, because all the money are gone after an on-line shopping spree or a real shop
