I want to brand something, but the words in the brand is offensive and rule to some people. I was wondering if google allowed me bidding on derogatory words if its relevant to my brand?

I think that there is no problem in bidding on these keywords.

But depend on the site that you're promoting just check if it is ok with the AdWords Content Policy:

Anyway you can try creating your ads and bidding on your keywords once to see what happens.

If you ads and/or keywords become "disapproved" the only thing that you cannot do is to insist and try to do it again or you will probably be banned by "multiple disapproval"
