if it's autosurf, i really don't recommend it..my friend got banned from adsense because of fraud clicks with autosurf program...and traffic will be worthless if it doesn't convert...just my opinion cmiiw...
yeah a banned google account is also painful. Stick with the proven techniques. I've learned the hard way, if it sounds to good to be true, it is.

dont depend on free softwares... do it yourself. really you must spend time to promote your site if you wanted quality traffic to enter it. post to blogs and forums related to your site.
the methods to get traffic is knew and everybody know it very well just u need a hard work ....else that it'll be black hat methods and it's illegal :d .

Looks very suspicious IMO. Just generate your traffic through link building and if you need to, buy a bit of traffic, it doesn't cost much.
