Need Help Regarding Wordpress Theme

Hi All,

I am using WordPress 2.7.1. theme for my blog. There is a option to change "header image and colour" but there is no option to upload image for blog header.

How can i put an image in blog header????

you need to upload it via ftp or file manager in your host`s panel

 

Isnt there a link on the control panel to control all of that? You could also go on the assistance for Wordpress blogs, they will tell you how to add a picture on the blog.

 

Do you use the default theme?

 

Upload header file and edit ur header.php file.

 

yes, I am using default theme named "kubrick"

Please suggest me, if you have any suggestion regarding this.

You also can upload your header image via your wordpress login and by going to media panel. Note down the link to the image and insert the link in the options header url input.

 

The another solutions is, fine some WordPress theme that support custom image header such as theme collection by me.

I could not found any option to upload an image in header at media panel.

if you use wordpress default theme then

you need to upload your new header to your images folder and open the style.css and edit the image name

 

The header image is always never in the header.php file. You can edit that one for favicons, menu customizations, ads above the headers, category menu's ...etc.

This will work, or you can just create your new image, and name it what ever the name of the Kubric image is, and drop it in over the old image.

So if the default image is named "kubric.jpg".....simply make your new image, and save it as "kubric.jpg" on your computer, and drop it into your image folder over the original header image..
