Buy a Virtual CC Online With Paypal Funds (Canadian)

    Hey, im just wondering if anyone can tell me where i could buy a virtual credit card (via or mastercard) online with my paypal funds. No i cant use the thing paypal offers since im canadian! So if anyone has any other suggestions it would be greatly apreciated. Oh, and also it has to be pre paid :)
