dont waste your time or money If your content is good enough people will submit to these types of sites. There the lowest of the low when it comes to link quality. Google can see if youve submitted the same article to 50 bookmarking sites that your spamming and in the longrun itl hurt your site. Write good linkable content and then you wont need to spend time or money on submitting to these sites

I can say, as the owner of a social bookmarking site, that it's a waste of time to outsource your social bookmarking. It's much better to decide on a handful of smaller ones and get involved in the communities. You will see a FAR better return on this sort of time investment than if you simply pay someone to spam a bunch of links across 150 social bookmarking sites. When I am dealing with somebody who has been paid to submit the links I usually just outright delete their submissions. And speaking from my own experience, it is quite obvious when I'm dealing with one. There are often small mistakes in the submission, and on top of that they will just shown up, register, submitted a link, and then promptly leave. I am hiring them for some SEO tasks including writing articles, social bookmarking...Using automatic program for social book is also good but these tools can not modify their contents to meet the demand of each different sites. But a human can do it for you. So in my opinion, outsourcing some social bookmarking service is better choice.
