Y in the world can't I get on yahoo yet i am on the 1st page of google?

    Just curious I am having great luck with google when I search I switch between the first two pages but when I search yahoo I am not on the first ten pages can anyone tell me what could be causing this. What is the diffrence between these two, I always thought it was harder to get good postion on google but I have come to find out google traffic is much easier to get than yahoo. Anyone else experiance this or can you explain this?

    Yahoo accepts more keyword density than Google. You should enhance your meta tags with respect to the keyword-content !

    I always considered that the thing Yahoo cherishes the most is backlinks for big (high PR, high popularity) websites...

    same happening with me as my site is varying 1-2 pages in google but its on 49th position in yahoo. a detailed description is highly appriciable.

    Yahoo does not care for PR btw - that's a google thing.

    A good overview of how to do well in Yahoo can be found in How to Optimize for Yahoo!

    You'd be suprised at how some simple structuring of URLs and keywords can affect your SERPs.
