Amazing new feature on clickbank...Did anyone see the new live help tab?

    Wow that's pretty cool. I have to say I'm quite happy with their existing service as it is but live help is even better.

    lol, now they are going to get millions of messages, like "hey, why I got 0 hops", "where are my sales", "what's wrong with the tracking", etc....

    Yeah, I don't see it as well, it would be nice to have some live help. A good support is what Clickbank lacks.

    The clickbank services has become worsen. I have contacted them 2 weeks ago, but no reply.

    I think that wont so effective enough to increase CB reputations as long they keep not "filtering there virtual product from the junk and the clean

    Just want to check with you guys --

    When you log into your CB account, check the lock icon on your browser bar (indicating a secure page)

    Is it showing a warning lock (exclamation on lock icon)? -- because mine is.

    I've been seeing it since yesterday while logging into all my accounts. Double-clicking on the icon tells me that there's some unencrypted content on the main page. (Clicking on the rest of the tabs -- Transactions, Analytics, etc -- shows a secure lock).

    No, their security certificate is still valid.

    I think it's something linked to the new live help feature that is causing the unencrypted page message.

    Just concerned about it.
