The person sold me a site but never delivered after I paid

    I just bought a web sight via Paypal, but the domain or source was never sent to me. This person, going by the name of Mr. Perfect is taking money and not delivering. He has not responded for almost a week after getting money from me.

    Here is the link to this sale. I "won" the auction and got taken.

    Take up the dispute with Paypal. DP staff doesn't get involved in private business disputes. When you're absolutely certain the deal can't be fixed, you can leave negative iTrader and a negative review in the thread (just know that once you do, you won't be able to reverse that if you work it out after all).
