You can reply to the same email ID you have received email from but it is highly unlikely they will give it a heed.

It is very unlikely that you would ever get a clear answer as to reason why your site/account was banned. so teh best thing for you to do right now is to move on and probably start with affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is also good one especially if you the traffic already form your adsense site. Just convert it into an affiliate site and you might be surprise what you make from it. Best of all you don't need to worry about Big G always on your backside.

Hope this soothes your ache problem,

    Thanks

    <<<<<--- that says it all.
You know what you did wrong and so does google. Google just doesn't ban people for no apparent reason, if they did then they would be having lawsuits daily, and subsequently out of business. Publishers think that they can out smart Google by clicking on their own ads or having friends, family, etc do it , they will all get a wake up call. That was just an example, it may or may not apply to you but you did something wrong and got the punishment for it. This is business not personal, if you cant play by the rules then your not cut out for it, find a different profession. Move on.

Try Adbrite and Bidvertiser, they are also good as Adsense.

There is no hope of reactivating your account (I'm not being a jerk, I am just being real).

I would recommend you start fresh with an affiliate, and READ THEIR Terms Of Service! If you don't, you are playing with fire, and you are going to get burned. Whenever in doubt, just think of it from the company's perspective: "If I were the advertising company, would I look at my behavior as acceptable to the cost/return ratio?"

I read about a guy in California that sued Google for being banned after he was about to be paid. It wasn't a high traffic site and it wasn't like it happened overnight. he just gradually earned the money. then BAM. Google banned him and kept the cash too. He won by the way, small claims court. You can Google it ;)

Yes, go to small claims. What is great is google will not show up, and you will win. Think about it, why would google spend money on a small claims case for $135.

I guess you have 2 options you either amend your site and then try and join adsense again but using differant details or move on and try another alternative.
