Buying backlinks may not go against Adsense TOS literally but I would not risk my hard work and get penalized for it. I would rather stay on the safe side of things so I can keep my account clean... hopefully.
When Google finds these services, they get delisted and your rankings disappear. That is pretty much the extent of the penalty. TomG.
Ok the main consensus here at DigitalPoint is that buying backlinks does put you at some form of risk. 'nuff said! lol
I'm sorry to burst the bubble of many DP members here, but I think you don't know what you're talking about. I've been using both Adsense and TLA for many years on my site. This is my most popular site by the way. If you want to do the same you must make sure that you do not advertise this and that your links are well hidden in the actual content. To do this, all you have to do is download the TLA wordpress plugin "if you're using wordpress", give the plugin a name "not TLA plugin or something similar" and activate. Make sure you use their in content option and not the links on the sidebar ads service. All you have to do now is make money, I know I have....
I dont think buying backlinks will do any harm to your site. Always go legitimate ways and dont do black-hat SEO.
I think it might be a good idea to mention that PR is total crap invented by Google to maintain a stronghold on the online advertising market. Just think about it. If you want to make money selling links on your sites you are automatically penalized for trying to cheat the PR system. If you want to sell blog posts, the same rule applies. Page Rank is worthless and does nothing when it comes improving the internet for the general user. We should all fight against PR because we are the ones losing in the end.
everyone buys backlinks . anyone who pays for SEO services is buying backlinks. You won't get banned unless someone with authority reports your site even then its hard to say if you wille ven get banned.
As it was said above, PR is pretty much irrelevant when it comes to Adsense earnings. You need traffic. Getting ranked for your keywords is the only thing you should be worried about. If a few well purchased links can get you to page one, preferably in spot one in Google's search results then do it. TomG.
Yes, it's true. To prove this you can look at my site. PR is nearly never constant jumping from PR3, to PR4 then to PR2. Although this is the case, the number of visitors is always about the same. Actually, it has increases slowly over time.
