How to Build a Link Building Army

I'm looking to build a reliable army of link builders that I can use on a regular basis. Does anyone have direct advice and/or experience developing and hiring a sustainable team?

Is the best route to go to elance/Getafreelancer/rentacoder etc and trial and error a group or is there a better alternative?

Again, I'm not looking for a team for one off projects, but rather to build a team for the long run.

It really does depend on your site and what your target is

 

You need to assemble a great team through forums (this forum has a sales section) and freelancing sites you just pointed out. Don't forget to use scriptlance

 

or you could delegate the task to software. Autoblogging is quite advanced nowadays.

read around the forums and look for the people who are offering link building, look at their posts and see if they know what their talking about and how they build links
