    Guys,

I have seen several time some people using email like this. "my[at]gmail.com"
    instead "my@gmail.com"

why people using like this in website?
is there any spam in "@"

is it [at] giving any seo value for the sites?

Its not give value to SEO. Few People crawl emails from websites with softwares. and then send spam emails. that's why site owner use my[at]gmail.com. it have [] that mostly software can't crawl or that part is not programmed, even if they program it to crawl email my[at]gmail.com. then they have to manually adjust it, bcz no email can sent on my[at]gmail.com.

emails like this can crawl easily.

+1 that's the reason. I have experiences that myself. When I put e-mail on the publicly displayed web site, I got thousands of spam e-mails every day.
