Big Banner Contest - $100 Total - 10 Winners - $10 Each!

Hi,

I need 10 banners for my site www.ArticleVideoRobot.com. The specification for the banners ads are as follows:

• You can use the Robot Mascot from our site here: http://www.articlevideorobot.com/images/avr-robot.png
• The tagline for the banner is "Turn Any Article To A Live Talking Video In 1 Click!"
• Some props ideas for this banner include "Articles", "Videos", "Robot", etc.
• The size of banner ads are 300x250 & 728x90
• Flash is okay but Flash ads must be 50K or smaller in size and utilize Flash versions 4 - 8. Either SWF or GIF is okay
• Text must be readable at all times and the ads must look professional

You are allowed more than one entry and I'll start awarding winners as soon as I find banner ads I like. Payment is via Paypal and I'll prefer PSD files after payment.

@jackieh1791: Looks good.. you may want to thin the black outline.. also the robot color does not match the banner (if you need the PSD for robot to change this let me know).. right now the robot isn't blending well with the rest of the banner.. I'd also change the font, but with a little tweaking I'm sure this banner can be used!

@gamelord: the background is too simple.. also it very much resembles the sample banner I sent to you via PM.. I'm looking for unique designs

@kahara: definitely what I'm after. You are the second winner of this contest. Please send me the payment info. Also I'd like you to change the color scheme of the text in ArticleVideoRobot on the 300x250 banner at the bottom.. right now the blue and white look a little out of place with the back color. Other than that, it's perfect

Feedback to the guys who have PMed the banners..

@wholetmein: I like the concept but the banner needs some more work. The text needs to be more readable and the color scheme needs to be more coherent.

@Panic!: I like it but the background is too simple. Also the text is merging with the background. It can also use some branding.

@craftiness: I like the animation but the color scheme needs more work. Also there are two robots on it so I'd get rid of one of them and probably re-arrange it so everything looks part of the banner. Also please remember the 50KB size limit.. Just checking since it looks like a big animation. Nonetheless, thanks for the entry.

@jackieh1791: i'm still not 100% sure.. the font or color scheme is still a bit off.

@wholetmein: you do have a unique design concept which I like but the banner needs to look more professional.. I think you need better graphics. But what i really like is that you are thinking differently. I need more unique concepts like this.

@alex.ohc: You have a very cool design. I think this is the only SWF file sent to me so far. I really like the idea but the problem is that there is a lot of animation which is kind of defeating the purpose of this banner, i.e. which is to tell what the site is about first. You do have some amazing flash skills though.. BTW please remember there is a limit of 50KB on the file size.
