in 08 the british currency fell dramatically which ment that our money was pretty much worthless compared to usual. In these times my earnings online have been great because as british currency fell I earn in usd so my money rose. This is how the system works. When a country's currency falls the exporters are greatly benefited. Whereas when it rises, the importers have the advantage. When your currency was low, you could convert it to a higher amount in cash against the money you received from the US. But when your currency went high, the cash conversion is low and you reportedly have low earnings.
It is about spend and gain. If you are gaining money in other currency, it is good when your own country money is in lowest rate. However, it will be bad news for the buyer, they need to pay more. It happen oppoite when the local currency increase. Therefore, buyer and seller in different angle, cant say good or bad
