How to Find PR 7+ websites for link building

What I do, I'll do a google search for forums on a certain topic. I'll have my google tool bar turned on on my browser so I can check page rank as soon as I land on the home page. If the page rank is high enough and if the forum shows up on the first page of google, I'll join it and use my signature to build links.

I will also look for forums that allows guest to view members profiles. That way I can set my signature and never have to post anything. The google bot will index my profile on that forum, and grab the links from my signature. But I am picky about the sites I do this with. They have to be on the first page or two of google and allow guest viewing of profiles.

But while I'am looking through forums to join, keep in mind that I have the google tool bar with page rank checker turned on. This makes it easy to see who the more popular sites are.

 

Thanks i was going to submit on some these unmodrrated sites but you right and its useless to send link on unmoderated sites

 

So can you tell us some ways on how to go about finding high PR pages. I had seen that you even Provide this service. I was wondering if you could share with us. Though I doubt it.
