    IPL will surely give never expected result like first IPL. Nobody had thought of Rajasthan Royals and they won. This time Deccan chargers and Bangalore has good chances to win.

    I saw it and I felt it wasn't anything near watching an IPL match. I know it was a practice match, but still the atmosphere, the condition, the timing...i didn't feel like watching after sometime. :(

    It was nothing like last time, when the crowd are on their feet every other minute, cheering like anything, people laughing, dancing, shouting, cheering like drunk men!! :D ---It was amazing last season.

    Let's hope the tournament doesn't turn out to be like the practice match :p

    So finally we reach the day when IPL kick off and I am hoping some big scoring matches and I am sure South African grounds is good to score over 200 runs.:)

    Tournament moved to South Africa is already depicted to be a success, a news report quotes : http://in.reuters.com/article/cricketNews/idINIndia-39098720090417. As IPL starts today with 59 matches being scheduled in Cape Town, the whole league is scheduled in 3 weeks which is found to be a tough task but it proved to be success till now.

    Unfortunately....bad weather is threatening the first two matches of the IPL series 2, to be played today! :mad:

    There is little bit of rain with very bad light.....and the locals say this kind of weather is highly unusual for this time of the year!
    This series of IPL seems to just not having the things...right! :(
