    More traffic and and higher ctr will most likely increase your cpc because google will assign more high paying advertisers to your site.

    0.1 per click isnt that bad. when you get to see 0.01 or 0.02 then you know what i mean!

    Yeah...to get more from adsense, it depends your niche.
    Please build loans, insurance and finance adsense to get more from your clicks. In fact, from tv shows you will get just pennies.
