What are the landingpages, are they to collect emails?

    Hi Peter me again,
When you say it is easy to get on first page with articles, do get on first page because the articles are search engine optimised?

so in other words, I can not send people too:

    http://www.domain.com/landingpage

it would have to be something like:

    http://www.domainlandingpage.com

    is this correct?

    Pete, good work here!

Regarding this ... my opinion, you are better finding more 70ish gravity products ... high gravity products tend to be hugely competitive, whereas products with 70ish gravity are obviously generating sales but usually not so competitive - this makes it much easier to find under-exploited keywords in your articles ...

    wish you lots of luck!

@antantnz Yeah that is my next set of products. Thanks for the advice

@everyone another sale today anothe $20 that makes 4 sales and $106 things are starting to move nicely hopefully I can generate at least a sale a day from here. I have 2 articles left to be approved by eza and then hopefully should get platinum status and can submit the rest of my articles that are sitting in draft at the moment.

    Will update again soon.

    Thanks for reading

    Hi Pete,

I have followed the same strategy you are doing- submitting ezinearticles, having three landing pages and three domains. In addition to this, I have developed squidoo lens as well as hubpages for the product. Hitherto, Only five articles approved by ezinearticles.

I have started this procedure once I saw your first post. For my surprise, I sold 1 product and earned $47. What amazing method you are discussing! Thanks for sharing! I am noticing this thread everyday at least five times.

    Hey Pete, great work!

I've also been following this for a bit and wanted to know a couple things, being a newbie...

    - The domains with a landing page, are you putting the same articles there, that you have on EZA?
    - Are your 3 products similar? or different?

@Rui I am using different article for the landing pages one that hasn't been published on EZA and the products I am selling are completely different couldn't be further apart actually. No more sales as yet but will post an update later on today.

    Thanks

    Pete

    DAY 43

I am getting a bit exasperated with EZA they are making things very difficult on this one. Anyway I have 30 articles approved with 5 articles pending. They rejected 5 articles because they said that the anchor text is only allowed to be 3 words total. Does anyone know if this is a new thing as I have had articles approved with 5 word anchor text.

Anyway another sale today which brings the total to 5. So at least things are starting to work now . A total profit of $126 hopefully should have more sales coming through. below is the screen print of the clickbank sales journal -

Hopefully I can get these last 5 articles approved and then look for the platinum upgrade as I have a huge amount of articles in the draft folder.

Well until tomorrow. If anyone has any thoughts let me know.

    Thanks for reading

    Pete

The question is whether the converting traffic came from ezine homepage or google. I made 2 sales off my 5 articles immediately after they were published but now I receive very small traffic and I am not making any more sales. Do you think at least one of your sales came from google traffic?

@tibor All of the sales came from google. I follow the stats from statcounter through the website and track the time of the sale. I never usually get a sale from someone searching ezine.

    Thanks

Thats excellent then Pete. How do you do it? Do you do SEO for your articles or are you doing small niches for which its easy to rank well?

They are very in demand products mainly it is the seo and the chosen keywords that are getting them ranked. it is mainly down to the research. When I first started article marketing it was all trial and error hopefully now this will pay off.

    Thanks

@petehols - I am getting a little fed up with EzineArticles too, I just can't seem to wait this long to get my articles approved. I have 7 in the queue, 1 error. I have 3 more drafts. I am starting to churn out articles, but I have only 1 sale so far. For one of my keywords, I am 2,3,4, and 8 on Google - 1 is squidoo, 1 ezine, 1 buzzle, 1 hubpages.

And yes, I have gotten the three word anchor text error before. It all seems to depend on who is reviewing your article.

Yeah I have had one article rejected due to anchor text too. You can use more words as anchor text in resource box but 3 is the limit in article body, as per EZA rules.
