I have many years experience of CAD(autocad, inventor, solidworks etc.), currently it's my job. and I like websites management very much too, I can run a website. So can I find out some ways to make money with the combination of them? I am always thinking about this matter, no answers. Are there any friends give some suggestions or experience about it? Working for companies is so boring. Thanks.
You can make a blog and write some unique article about the tutorial of CAD. Adopt the pay per view method such as pay $100/month to view your tutorial.
do you know revit? if not, i suggest you learn it and make some tutorials you can charge money for. cad has seen better days and is on the way out imo....
Actually I don't know revit, just know it is for Architecture something. I am working in the mechanical designing area. I learned some softwares before, I almost forgot them since I don't use them for my job. Thanks.

I have a friend editing and writing CAD tutorials, and sell them in ebay and some book stores, It's a very hard work. he renews his books to the latest editions each day since the software upgrades very fast. However can't make considerable profit, that's a problem. So that's why I am looking for a new way to go. one year ago I had a website about CAD learning and talking, just earned some money from google, it's too little, then gave up. Thank you!
