No they do not use nofollow attribute on sig links. To check, simply view the source and find a sig link in the html code. If it were nofollow, you would see code like this: <a href="..." rel="nofollow"> For a quicker way to check for nofollow/dofollow, try using the seo for firefox browser add-on. You can set it to highlight every nofollow link on a page.

No they don't. value is diluted by the sheer volume of sig links here though. Plus, it's uncategorized.

To check if something is dofollow, install the firefox nonofollow addon. Then rightclick the mouse and select nonofollow - dofollow links have a blue background and nofollow links have a red background. It can save masses of time - especially on blog commenting and social bookmarking. Beware though - I believe people can still deny you the value of a link by blocking a robots file (don't know the technicalities) but the firefox nonofollow weeds out an awful lot of timewasting.

No, DP does not make sig. links no follow. All links in the signature are do follow. and that also counted as good backlinks by Google, you may see that in your website's google webmaster tools account in the following section: Dashboard > Links > Pages with external links
go to view>source you can see the link with do follow attribute. There is some forum like sitepoint they using no follow attributes thats why people don't want visit that types of website and hesitate to write something there.
