There are no legal issues as long as there's a disclaimer. Many fansites are sold here in SP, I even sold a Twilight fansite before and no legal issues came up.

2. Site was established around a month ago....makes $800 pm....how has it generated $10,000 as stated in your title?

It generated $10,000+ in sales (w/c netted me $800+ in commission revenue) by targeting traffic. I marketed the site in Yahoo! (through Yahoo! Answers) & Twitter (Twitter Search is very helpful in finding Taylor Swift fans) as well as Craigslist (Many are stumped that the concerts are sold out) so this site caters mostly through her fans.

So the $10,000+ sales came from Ticket sales. I just know where to find the buyers.
