    Yup that question has been asked before and has been answered by many. Let me tell you, the price would greatly depend on the keywords and the domain you are targeting. Some domains are more competitive than other and keyword are more competitive with respect to another. So depending on this the price would vary. Quality, well check out some of their previous works and that should give you a fair idea. Also advisable to check a few references before signing up.

    I believe one of the best ways to judge would be to search for SEO, Search Engine Optimization etc. keywords and where those companies are placed. If they can't SEO their own website properly, I wouldn't think they can do much for yours :)

    I believe one of the best ways to judge would be to search for SEO, Search Engine Optimization etc. keywords and where those companies are placed. In my opinion, every one can try for SEO of Site but no one can take guarantee to achieve rank on Google.

    It's quite complex questions there is no parameter to find a BEST SEO+LOWEST PRICE+ BETTER RESULT
    you have to loose money for good one.
