i am guessing the site does not make anything since it is not mentioned... i don't understand how you can ask $10,000 for a site without providing any information about the current revenue...plus i doubt it gets 100 visitors a day with the nice alexa rating of ~9,xxx,xxx

My site makes about $2-3G's a month. I don't think I would ever sell it for that much. I would sell it just to make a few thousands and go on with my business.

dude, give up already.... post proof of income (screencast, not photos) post examples of these "highly" searched keyword phrases that drive so much traffic to your site so i can go see for myself at how much traffic these phrases send you. and i would like an explanation of why you think it is worth $10k
I don't even know if anyone would pay $10. I think you need to know more about sales of websites and just general business before trying to sell your website. Like others said, if your website was making at least $1,000 per month then it may be reasonable but right now there is no way anyone would pay that.
